This equipment is a semi-automatic wafer loading machine, suitable for wafer pick-and-place, transfer, and tray loading operations after cleaning. The machine is manufactured with a full stainless steel structure and equipped with pneumatic lifting and automatic clamping fixtures, helping operators safely and stably position and transfer wafer trays while significantly reducing the risk of defects caused by manual handling.

Semi-Automatic Wafer Loading Machine
Introduction
The inlet preheating unit is an instant heating module installed at the water inlet of process equipment. The heating capacity can be configured according to the actual water flow rate, allowing the incoming water to be heated immediately as it enters the system and significantly improving overall heating efficiency. Compared with traditional in-tank heating methods, it does not require long preheating time for the entire tank volume and can quickly reach the required process temperature, effectively reducing start-up waiting time and energy waste.
